I had some recipe inspiration for these Buffalo Chicken Pizza Roll Ups.
We have a local pizza restaurant that makes these amazingly simple appetizers of just pizza crust with cheese and pepperoni all rolled up, baked and served with pizza sauce.
Easy appetizer idea, or we ate it as a meal with a side salad.
I already had the Shredded Buffalo Chicken made and in the fridge ready to go.
How to Make Buffalo Chicken Pizza Roll Ups
This working mom is not about to make her own pizza dough.
So using one of those refrigerated pizza crusts in a tube from the grocery store is the way to go.
Unroll the dough and evenly distribute the toppings…Shredded Buffalo Chicken, cheese, and blue cheese if you like it.
I put blue cheese on half of it because my husband and I LOVE blue cheese, but the kids despise it.
Easy enough to just exclude it on their half.
Roll the dough and cut into pinwheel like slices and top with more buffalo sauce.
I put mine on parchment paper for easy clean up.
I baked these at 425 for 10-15 minutes.
Those were the instructions on the pizza crust that I used.
I’m sure cooking times may vary due to different dough and the thickness of the roll ups, so just keep an eye on them.
They puff up and get this gorgeous crispy cheese on the top, golden brown crust around the outside…
and juicy and saucy in the middle!
Serve Buffalo Chicken Pizza Roll Ups with ranch either drizzled on top or on the side.
Try this homemade, easy, healthy ranch dressing for extra deliciousness!
If you have extra buffalo chicken, prep a few Buffalo Chicken Wraps for lunches the next day.
