These Air Fryer Buffalo Chicken Burritos are creamy and cheesy on the inside and crispity crunchity on the outside, a great air fryer recipe.
They are a perfect, easy weeknight meal, especially if you plan ahead like I do and have Shredded Chicken for Meal Prep already made and ready to go.
All the prep that’s involved is mixing together the filling and rolling the burritos, which only takes a few minutes.
In a bowl combine the cooked chicken, ranch dressing, buffalo sauce, shredded cheese, and crumbled blue cheese.
Mix it until evenly combined and you are ready to roll those burritos!
Put a fourth of the chicken mixture in the center of a large burrito size flour tortilla.
Then fold the sides in.
And fold the front part over the filling and roll into a burrito.
Repeat with the other three burritos.
Then brush all sides with olive oil.
This will help them crisp up in the air fryer and become a gorgeous golden brown color.
Next stop is the air fryer basket.
My air fryer is a 5.8 quart and is just big enough to do two burritos at a time, so I made them in two batches.
Set it to 390 degrees for 12 to 15 minutes, depending on how crisp you want them.
Just check them a few times during the last few minutes of cooking.
They come out a gorgeous golden brown 🙂
I recommend cutting these Air Fryer Buffalo Chicken Burritos in half because they are HOT!
The hardest part was waiting for them to cool off before digging in.

Air Fryer Buffalo Chicken Burritos
Air Fryer Buffalo Chicken Burritos have tortilla stuffed with buffalo chicken, ranch, and cheese then air fried to a crispy golden brown!
- 3 cups cooked, shredded chicken
- 1 cup buffalo sauce
- 1 1/2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
- 1/2 cup blue cheese crumbles (optional)
- 1/2 cup ranch dressing
- 4 large, burrito size flour tortillas
- olive oil
Put the cooked, shredded chicken in a bowl and add the buffalo sauce, shredded cheese, blue cheese, and ranch dressing. Toss until evenly mixed.
Lay a tortilla flat and add 1/4 of buffalo chicken mixture in the center. Fold the sides in, fold the front part of the tortilla over the filling, and roll into a burrito. Brush all sides with the olive oil and place in the air fryer basket. Repeat with remaining burritos.
Set the air fryer to 390 degrees for 12 to 15 minutes, depending on how crisp you want them.
Note: Depending on the size of your air fryer you may need to do these in two batches.
