Buffalo Meatball Bites
Fun game day snack recipes, like these Buffalo Meatball Bites, must be approved by my family, right?!
My kids always say it’s a bonus having a food blogger as a mom, one reason is they get to eat snacks for dinner quite often.
Think of them as my little taste testers 🙂
They love trying new food and they always give honest feedback.
Well, friends…I’m happy to say these got a 5 star review by everyone!
Honestly this could easily be served as a meal along with maybe a salad or something on the side.

How to make Buffalo Meatball Bites
The first step is rolling out a package of crescent rolls and pinching the seams.
Then, using a pizza cutter, cut them into 12 pieces.

Spray a muffin tin with non stick spray and place each crescent square into the muffin tin.
Gently press each one down and pinch the edges to form a little cup.

Put some shredded cheese in each cup first.
This is a Mexican blend cheese which is my usual go-to.

Then a frozen meatball and a little buffalo wing sauce over top.
I love using Frank’s buffalo sauce, but any buffalo sauce will work perfectly.

And top it off with even more cheese! If you like blue cheese, that would be a great addition!

.

Baking the Buffalo Meatball Bites
The Buffalo Meatball Bites go into a 375 degree oven for 14 to 16 minutes.

They come out of the oven perfectly puffed up and golden brown.

Such an amazing game day snack or dinner that the whole family will love 🙂

Ingredients

- non stick cooking spray
- 1 1/2 cups shredded cheese of choice (I used Mexican blend)
- 12 frozen meatballs

Instructions
-
Lay the crescent roll flat and pinch the seams, use a pizza cutter and cut the sheet into 12 pieces.
-
Spray a muffin tin with the non stick spray. Put each crescent roll piece in the muffin tin. Press down slightly and pinch the edges together to form a cup (picture example in post above).
-
Put some of the cheese in each crescent cup, add a meatball in each, top with the buffalo wing sauce and the remaining cheese.
-
Bake in a 375 degree oven for 14 to 16 minutes.
