Air Fryer Shrimp and Broccoli has a great flavor and super healthy.
I love making complete meals in my air fryer!
So convenient and easy… and I will take every bit of anything that will simplify my life.
Well…we did serve this fettuccine alfredo so maybe that wasn’t the healthiest option.
But, it’s fabulous by itself too.
How to Make Air Fryer Shrimp and Broccoli
A pound of peeled and deveined shrimp and a head of broccoli is what you’ll need to get started.
Take a little help from the store and get the shrimp that’s already peeled and deveined.
First cut the broccoli into florets.
I love using my kitchen scissors to cut them, makes it very easy.
Then put the broccoli and shrimp in a bowl.
Add olive oil, kosher salt, pepper, Italian seasoning, parmesan cheese, and garlic.
Garlic paste is another kitchen shortcut that I use.
Peeling garlic is not my fave, and this paste has great garlic flavor without any hassle.
Toss it all together and next stop is the air fryer!
Just dump it all in and set the air fryer to 390 degrees for 8 to 10 minutes.
Your kitchen will start smelling like yummy garlic in no time 🙂
Shake the basket halfway through cooking.
This will help everything cook evenly.
Check the shrimp and broccoli after about 8 minutes to see how the broccoli is done.
If you prefer a crisp edge on your broccoli like I do, air fry for 2 more minutes.
Air Fryer Shrimp and Broccoli could be a complete meal on it’s own, or serve it with buttered noodles or fettuccine alfredo.
