Maple Sriracha Pork and Apples

Share Post
Maple Sriracha Pork and Apples is such an easy one pan meal!
I am a busy working mom and I know how hard it is to get dinner on the table after a long day.
This literally took just a few minutes to throw together.
Then the rest of the work was done in the oven.
And since it’s all cooked on one pan….you know that means easy clean up 🙂
Four bone in pork chops, two apples, and an onion along with maple syrup, soy sauce, and Sriracha is just about all you need.

How to make Maple Sriracha Pork and Apples
Dice the onion and slice the apples and put them on a baking sheet.
Drizzle some olive oil and season with kosher salt, pepper, and cinnamon.
Toss until evenly coated and scoot them around the edge of the baking sheet to make room for the pork chops.

Whisk together the maple syrup, soy sauce, and Sriracha to make the glaze for these pork chops.
Once the pork chops are nestled on the baking sheet with the apples you can brush the glaze on both sides.

Baking the Maple Sriracha Pork and Apples
Place this in a 400 degree oven for 25 to 30 minutes.
The pork is ready when it reaches 145 degrees. An instant read thermometer works perfectly for this.
The cook time will depend on how thick your pork chops are.

This was a very popular dinner at our house!
The sweet and spicy combo was amazing and not overwhelming at all.
The kids and I absolutely loved the pork chop and apples together for the perfect bite 🙂
