Air Fryer Shrimp Caesar Salad is one of the easiest and healthiest air fryer recipes of all time!
Part of what makes this dinner recipe so simple is using the store bought chopped Caesar salad kits.
The lettuce is chopped and washed, and the dressing and toppings are included in little packets.
So just a few minutes to assemble the salads and season the shrimp and the rest of the work is done in the air fryer.

How to make Air Fryer Shrimp Caesar Salad
Everything you need for the shrimp is shown below.
A pound of jumbo shrimp that has been peeled and deveined.
Some garlic, olive oil, Old Bay, lemon, and some fresh herbs.
You can use any herbs you like, I have thyme, rosemary, basil, and dill.
First pat the shrimp dry with paper towels so all the yumminess sticks.
Then add some olive oil, lemon juice, minced garlic, Old Bay, and chopped fresh herbs of choice.
If you don’t have fresh herbs, no worries… you can use a tablespoon of dried Italian seasoning instead.
Next, toss the shrimp so they are evenly coated.
Then place them in the air fryer basket.
Set your air fryer to 390 degrees for 8 to 10 minutes.
Then, as the shrimp are almost done cooking, you can start to assemble the chopped Caesar salad kits.
You may need 2 to 3 kits depending on how big you want the salads.
Let the shrimp cool as you finish assembling the salads with the dressing and toppings included in the kit.
Then divide the salads between 4 plates or bowls, assuming you are feeding 4 people.
Finally top them with the slightly cooled shrimp!

Air Fryer Shrimp Caesar Salad is a healthy, easy air fryer recipe, lemon herb shrimp cooked in the air fryer top store bought salad kits!
- 1 pound jumbo shrimp peeled and deveined
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 tablespoon Old Bay seasoning
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
- 3 to 4 cloves garlic minced
- 3 tablespoons chopped fresh herbs of choice (or 1 tablespoon dried Italian seasoning)
- 2 to 3 bags chopped Caesar salad kits (produce section of grocery store)
Pat the shrimp dry with paper towels and put them in a bowl. Add the olive oil, Old Bay, lemon juice, garlic, and fresh herbs (or dried Italian seasoning). Toss until evenly mixed.
Put the shrimp in a single layer in the air fryer basket. Set the air fryer to 390 degrees for 8 to 10 minutes, depending on size of shrimp.
Let the shrimp cool while you assemble the Caesar salad kits with the dressing and toppings packet that come in the bag.
Divide the salads between 4 bowls or plates and top each salad with the slightly cooled lemon herb shrimp.
