Crispy Air Fryer Zucchini Chips
Crispy Air Fryer Zucchini Chips are a fabulous side dish air fried to crispy crunchy perfection served with parmesan garlic sauce!
Or ranch dressing is an equally delicious dip for these little veggie chips.
The combo of panko bread crumbs with the air fryer magic will have some wondering if these were in fact deep fried 😉
How to make Crispy Air Fryer Zucchini Chips
Just a few simple ingredients is all you need to get started.
I recommend small zucchini for this side dish to create bite size chips.
Seasoned panko is what I got at the store.
But if you have plain panko you can add some grated parmesan and Italian seasoning if preferred.

First, cut two small zucchini into 1/4 to 1/3 inch thick slices.

Then set up a breading station right next to the air fryer.
Crack an egg into one bowl and beat with a fork.
Then put 3/4 cup panko bread crumbs in a separate bowl.

Dip each zucchini slice into the egg first, then into the panko, coating well.
Then into the air fryer basket in a single layer.

Once the breaded zucchini slices are in the air fryer basket, season them with kosher salt, pepper, and garlic powder.
Then spray with non stick cooking spray.
This will help them crisp with a nice golden brown color.
Set the air fryer to 390 degrees for 12 to 15 minutes.

Crispy Air Fryer Zucchini Chips will have your kitchen smelling heavenly!
Serve with either some parmesan garlic sauce or ranch dressing for dipping.
My husband, who isn’t the biggest veggie fan, even loved these!
At first he said he would try them (with a skeptical look on his face), but he ended up with seconds and even thirds!
