Crispy Air Fryer Zucchini Chips, a side dish recipe for the air fryer with a crispy, flavorful coating dipped in parmesan ranch sauce!

Ingredients
  • 2 small zucchini
  • 1 egg
  • 3/4 cup panko bread crumbs (mine were parmesan herb flavor)
  • kosher salt, pepper, garlic powder
  • non stick cooking spray
  • Optional: store bought parmesan garlic sauce or ranch dressing for dipping
Instructions
  1. Slice the zucchini into round chips, 1/4 to 1/3 inch thick.

  2. Crack the egg into a bowl and beat with a fork. Put the panko bread crumbs in another bowl.

    Note: If you have plain panko you could add some grated parmesan cheese and Italian seasoning if desired.

  3. Dip the zucchini chips in the egg and then coat well with the panko. Place in a single layer in the air fryer basket.

  4. Season the zucchini in the air fryer with kosher salt, pepper, and garlic powder. Spray with non stick cooking spray and set the air fryer to 390 degrees for 12 to 15 minutes.

  5. Serve with garlic parmesan sauce or ranch dressing if desired.
