Crockpot Sausage Dip
My husband and I were at a party a few weeks ago and had this amazing crockpot sausage dip recipe!
I asked for the recipe and realized it was super easy and only 3 ingredients.
I made a few changes to the original recipe such as using salsa instead of just canned tomatoes, and also doubled the cream cheese.
And the salsa I figured would add a bit more flavor than just canned tomatoes.
How to Make Crockpot Sausage Dip Recipe
This crockpot sausage dip starts with…well, sausage of course.
I used a mild pork sausage like this…

Cook 2 pounds of mild pork sausage in a skillet and add that to your crockpot.

Then just added a jar of salsa and two 8 oz blocks of cream cheese.
Tostitos salsa is the brand I used, but I am sure any brand of salsa would be just as delicious.

This cooks on low for 3-4 hours. I stirred mine a few times as it cooked.
Partly because it does need to be mixed, and also because I get kind of obsessed with stirring things as they cook.
This Crockpot Sausage Dip recipe was devoured within the first half of our lunch party. With lots of people asking me for the recipe!
I served with Fritos Scoops, but tortilla chips would be good too.
