Shredded Buffalo Chicken
I am a big fan of anything that saves me time and makes my life easier. This Shredded Buffalo Chicken recipe does both!
I can make this easy recipe in my crock pot/ slow cooker and get at least two meals from it.
How to Make Shredded Buffalo Chicken
Everyone in my family loves it, plus it’s healthy (I mean, until you put it in a recipe with tons of cheese, which usually is the case).
Two pounds of chicken in the crock pot/ slow cooker with a little kosher salt, pepper, one packet of dry ranch seasoning and 12 ounces of your favorite buffalo wing sauce.
You could easily cut this recipe in half and just do one pound of chicken, but I like to use it throughout the week for meal prepping.
And trying to make two dishes with the same ingredient is something I try to do to save time, so I make a lot.

Crock pot on low for 6-8 hours and it’s done.

The chicken is so tender that it easily shreds with two forks right in the crock pot.
I do add a little more buffalo sauce, but that’s your call depending on how saucy you like your chicken.

So, that’s the easy part.
The hard part is deciding which buffalo dishes you will make using this amazingly simple and scrumptious chicken.
I feel like I’m about to sound like Bubba from Forrest Gump with his shrimp ideas, but here goes…
Buffalo Chicken Sliders, Buffalo Chicken Pizza Roll Ups, Buffalo Chicken Wraps, Buffalo Chicken Grilled Cheese, Buffalo Chicken Flautas, Nachos with Buffalo Chicken, Buffalo Chicken Dip, Buffalo Chicken Stuffed Sweet Potatoes, Buffalo Chicken Pizza, Buffalo Chicken Tacos…
