This Healthy Ranch Dressing  one of those life-changing recipes that you will make and use forever! If you’re like me you LOVE ranch dressing.

It’s perfect on salads and as a dip and drizzled on just about anything.

Problem is it’s full of fat and calories so I try to stay away from it. Problem SOLVED!

How to Make Healthy Ranch Dressing

2 containers of plain greek yogurt (each cup has only 80 calories and 15 grams of protein), 6 ounces buttermilk, and a dry packet of ranch seasoning all put into a mason jar (I like my mason jars).

Just shake it up and that’s it.

It’s honestly better if it sits for 24 hours but you could eat it right away if you must. You could also whisk it in a bowl and store in any container if you don’t use mason jars.

I’m sure if I used my own seasoning instead of the packet of the dry ranch seasoning it would be even more healthy, I just haven’t found anything that tastes as good,

And if it doesn’t taste good then no one would eat it. This is at least healthy-enough of an option for me.

I have been making this Healthy Ranch Dressing almost weekly.

I have mixed it with BBQ sauce when I made BBQ Chicken Salad, but used it as-is when I made my BLT Salad.

My kids use it as a dip for their chicken as well. Also drizzled it over top of my Buffalo Chicken Roll Ups and Buffalo Chicken Stuffed Sweet Potatoes.

Ingredients

  • 2 5.3 oz containers plain nonfat greek yogurt
  • 6 oz buttermilk
  • 1 packet dry ranch seasoning

Instructions

  1. Put all ingredients into a mason jar and shake, use a spoon to make sure everything is evenly mixed. Store in the fridge.
