Toppings for these Blackstone Crispy Tortilla Pizzas are endless.
I went pretty traditional with these and topped with pizza sauce, cheese, and pepperoni.
My kids are already requesting them again so we shall see what topping combos I can come up with for next time.
Whenever I make anything on my Blackstone, I put everything I need on a tray so I am not making a million trips back and forth from the patio to the kitchen.
What you’ll need are two large tortillas, pizza sauce, pepperoni, shredded mozzarella, garlic powder, and Italian seasoning.
The oil for the griddle I keep outside with the cooking tools.

How to Make Blackstone Crispy Tortilla Pizzas
Heat the Blackstone to medium/ medium low heat. Mine was set just a hair below medium.
Spread some oil on once it’s hot and add the tortillas.
Flip right away so a little oil gets on both sides.
Let this cook for a minute or two, and bubbles like this are perfectly normal.
I simply press them flat with the spatula.
Flip them again and add the sauce, spreading it evenly.
Then the cheese, garlic powder, and Italian seasoning.
Finally the pepperoni over the cheese.
I had a little cheese left on the tray so I added it over top (and maybe snacked on some 😉 ).
After 2 or 3 minutes, the cheese should be melted perfectly.
You could use a dome to speed up the melting if you prefer.
Check the bottoms and once the tortilla is crisped the way you like it, place the pizzas back on the tray and it’s time to eat!
Cut the Blackstone Crispy Tortilla Pizzas into smaller pieces and enjoy 🙂

Blackstone Crispy Tortilla Pizzas are so easy to make on the Blackstone griddle, a thin crust pizza topped with sauce, cheese, and pepperoni
- 2 Tbsps vegetable oil
- 2 large burrito size tortillas
- 1/2 cup pizza sauce
- 2 cups shredded mozzarella
- garlic powder, Italian seasoning
- 15 to 20 slices pepperoni
Preheat the Blackstone gridle to medium/ medium low heat. Add the oil, spread evenly and place the tortillas on the griddle. Flip the tortillas so the oil coats both sides.
Cook on one side for a minute or two, then flip and add the pizza sauce, spread evenly. Sprinkle the cheese, garlic powder, and Italian seasoning over top and then add the pepperoni.
Note: If the tortilla bubbles in the middle just press it flat gently with spatula.
Let this cook another 2 to 3 minutes and remove once the cheese is melted and the tortilla is crisped to your liking.
