Blackstone Steak Fajitas

Blackstone Steak Fajitas

This Blackstone Steak Fajitas recipe was just as tasty as they were simple and easy to make.

A complete meal all made on the Blackstone Griddle, and only a few minutes of prep time.

I adore easy nights like these 🙂

You can set out any toppings you like such as sour cream, salsa, lettuce, cheese. etc.

And everyone can make their own fajita that is customized to their liking.

How to Make Blackstone Steak Fajitas

Set out some bell peppers, an onion, garlic, and the flank steak along with fajita seasoning.

ingredients for steak fajitas

Brush the steak with olive oil and add some of the fajita seasoning, kosher salt, and pepper on both sides.

Slice the bell peppers, onion, and mince the garlic and put it all in a bowl.

This would be a great time to turn the Blackstone flat top grill on so it has plenty of time to preheat.

Set it to medium heat for a few minutes.

While the Blackstone is getting nice and hot, toss the peppers, onion, and garlic with more olive oil, fajita seasoning, kosher salt, and pepper.

Then put the steak, bowl of veggies, and flour tortillas on a tray and head out to the patio.

I keep a squirt bottle of cooking oil of choice with my Blackstone, as most griddle owners do.

A good squirt of oil will go down first, then the steak and veggies.

This will take about 8 minutes total and flip the steak halfway through.

The steak will be medium with this cook time, remove it a few minutes early if you prefer medium rare.

And flip and turn the veggies a few times as well.

I love the char that you get from the seasoned griddle.

SO much flavor!

During the last minute place the tortillas on the grill to warm them and get a slight crisp.

Put all of the food back onto the tray that you carried it out on.

I had my uncooked steak on a plate so it will be perfectly fine to place directly on the tray.

Blackstone Steak Fajitas

Slice the steak and Blackstone Steak Fajitas are ready!

Make sure when slicing flank steak it’s against the grain so it’s tender.

Set up a topping station and everyone can pile on sour cream, salsa, lettuce, cheese…whatever you want!
