Maple Mustard Pork Chops
I’ve tried this sauce with salmon and chicken, so now is the time to make a recipe for Grilled Maple Mustard Pork Chops 🙂
This maple mustard combo would be good on just about anything!
These chops can also be cooked on your Blackstone or flat top griddle.
How to make Maple Mustard Pork Chops
This dish starts with a super simple sauce.
Whisk together some pure maple syrup, dijon mustard, soy sauce, and fresh rosemary.

Some of this sauce will be the marinade for the pork.
The rest will be used to brush while grilling and for dipping.
Remove from the marinade and sprinkle both sides of the pork chops with kosher salt, pepper, and some crushed red pepper flakes to add a bit of spice.
Then place them on a grill or Blackstone griddle (with some cooking oil) over medium to medium high heat for about 3 minutes per side, depending on thickness.

Flip and brush them with more of the sauce.
The sauce caramelized as it grills and smelling amazing!

Serve these gorgeous pork chops with the rest of the maple mustard sauce.
