Balsamic Pork with Onion Jam and Goat Cheese
Sooooo…what’s a girl to do with some leftover onion jam?! Make a recipe for Balsamic Pork with Onion Jam and Goat Cheese of course!
These pork chops can be grilled or cooked on your Blackstone flat top griddle.
A few weeks ago I made Whipped Honey and Goat Cheese Dip (amazing and highly recommended by the way).

How to make Balsamic Pork with Onion Jam and Goat Cheese
This start with 6 boneless pork chops.
I marinated these in balsamic vinegar, honey, olive oil, and garlic paste for about an hour.
Then sprinkled them with kosher salt, pepper, and crushed red pepper flakes.
If you’re not a huge spice fan you can leave out the crushed red pepper flakes. I thought it added a nice kick 🙂

The pork chops only take about 3-5 minutes per side over a medium grill or Blackstone griddle. just add some cooking oil first if gridding.
I absolutely love the charred edges!

During the last minute add some onion jam and goat cheese crumbles on the pork chops.

Then drizzle Balsamic Pork with Onion Jam and Goat Cheese with some balsamic glaze and fresh thyme leaves.
