How to make Balsamic Pork with Onion Jam and Goat Cheese

This start with 6 boneless pork chops.

I marinated these in balsamic vinegar, honey, olive oil, and garlic paste for about an hour.

Then sprinkled them with kosher salt, pepper, and crushed red pepper flakes.

If you’re not a huge spice fan you can leave out the crushed red pepper flakes. I thought it added a nice kick 🙂

Balsamic Pork with Onion Jam and Goat Cheese

The pork chops only take about 3-5 minutes per side over a medium grill or Blackstone griddle. just add some cooking oil first if gridding.

I absolutely love the charred edges!

During the last minute add some onion jam and goat cheese crumbles on the pork chops.
