Ingredients
  • 1/2 cup 100% pure maple syrup
  • 1/2 cup dijon mustard
  • 1 tablespoon soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon fresh minced rosemary
  • 4 bone in pork chops
  • kosher salt, pepper
  • Optional: crushed red pepper flakes
Instructions
  1. In a bowl combine the pure maple syrup, dijon mustard, soy sauce, and fresh rosemary, Whisk until evenly combined.

  2. Place the pork chops in a gallon size plastic bag. Add 4-5 Tbsps of the maple mustard sauce. Massage the bag until evenly mixed. Marinate at least 1 hour.

  3. Remove the pork from marinade and sprinkle with kosher salt, pepper, and crushed red pepper flakes if using.

  4. Preheat your grill or Blackstone griddle to medium/ medium-high heat. Add cooking oil if using a griddle and add the pork chops. Cook about 3 minutes per side, brushing them with more of the maple mustard sauce during the last half of cooking.

  5. Serve with the remaining maple mustard sauce for dipping.
