Blackstone Greek Chicken Tacos
I’ve quickly become obsessed with making tacos with mini naan flatbreads, and this version is a recipe for Blackstone Greek Chicken Tacos 🙂
It’s a pretty simple recipe for the griddle or flat top grill using a homemade marinade that also doubles as the sauce.
On the healthier side too!
The filling is cooked up in about 10 minutes on the Blackstone griddle and served in these Stonefire mini naan flatbreads, and with feta cheese!

How to make Blackstone Greek Chicken Tacos
I have 1 1/2 pounds of boneless, skinless chicken thighs, or you can use chicken breasts.
Cut them into bite size pieces and place them in a gallon size plastic bag.

Then we will make the marinade and sauce by combining plain Greek yogurt, just a little mayo, some lemon juice, garlic, and oregano.
A little kosher salt, pepper, and crushed red pepper flakes as well and stir until combined.

Put a few spoonfuls of this sauce into the bag with the chicken and massage the bag until the chicken is evenly coated.
Then marinate in the fridge, and cover the remaining sauce to store in the fridge as well.

When you are ready to get to griddling, put the chicken on a tray along with a sliced red pepper and onion.
And your tacos toppings like feta and basil along with the naan bread.

Preheat the griddle to medium heat for a few minutes.
Then add some cooking oil of choice and the chicken, peppers, onions, and more kosher salt, pepper, and crushed red pepper flakes.

Cook for 8 to 10 minutes, mixing it together with hibachi spatulas a few times.

During the last minute put the mini naan flatbreads on the griddle for a few seconds per side to warm them.

To make the tacos, spread some of the yogurt sauce on the mini naan flatbreads.

And pile on the chicken, veggies, feta cheese, and basil.

What a fun way to mix up Taco Tuesday with these Blackstone Greek Chicken Tacos!
