Blackstone Steak Bites and Corn
Blackstone Steak Bites and Corn is one of the simplest meals on the griddle or flat top grill.
It requires very little planning ahead and prep work.
And it’s ready in about 10 minutes.
But wait…. there’s MORE!
It’s a complete healthy meal and, well… it’s STEAK!
How to make Blackstone Steak Bites and Corn
Start with 2 to 3 pounds of steak, I have some ribeye steaks but sirloin, flat iron, or strip steak would be great too.
Also some corn on the cob, garlic, Worcestershire sauce, and steak seasoning blend.

Cut the steak into cubes and put in a bowl.
Add some Worcestershire sauce, garlic or garlic paste, kosher salt, pepper, and steak seasoning.
Toss until evenly coated.

Then brush some olive oil (or cooking oil of choice) on the corn.
And season the corn with kosher salt, pepper, and steak seasoning.

Preheat the griddle to medium heat for a few minutes.
Then add some cooking oil and the corn.
Cook the corn for 4 to 5 minutes first, turning a few times.

Then add more cooking oil and the seasoned steak bites.
And cook both the corn and steak for 6 to 8 more minutes.
Continue to turn the corn a few times and toss the steak around.

I wish I could say there’s more to it, but Blackstone Steak and Corn really is that easy!
You could pair this with a salad or some bread, or just enjoy this as a complete meal.
