I get so many requests for air fryer meals and recipes. And a close second for requests would be for healthy meals and recipes. Well, for this week’s meal plan you’re getting BOTH of those requests fulfilled 🙂
This week’s weekly meal plan theme is Healthy Air Fryer Meals. Three complete meals, all healthy, and all made completely in the air fryer!
The fun weekend recipe is more of a healthy snack, but pair it with some grilled chicken or something and you can certainly call it a complete meal.
Air Fryer Chicken Avocado Burgers
These burgers are so easy to make in the air fryer! It’s the way I have been choosing to make most burgers these days because you really can’t mess them up at all.
If you prefer to have these in a lettuce wrap instead of a bun or Naan bread, that would make them even healthier.
Air Fryer Shrimp Zucchini and Peppers
You won’t even realize you are eating healthy with this one! Full of flavor, the veggies are cooked perfectly but still crisp, and the shrimp are cooked on point.
I made my kids and husband some fettuccine alfredo to go with this, that way they got their beloved pasta and I still got to eat healthy.
Air Fryer Chicken Teriyaki
Lots of veggies, lean chicken, and a lower calorie teriyaki sauce join forces to make this meal amazing!
Serve over rice or cauliflower rice with more of the teriyaki sauce.
Air Fryer Eggplant Parmesan Fries
This one is our fun weekend recipe, and it’s still healthy yet indulgent as well. Super crunchy breading made guilt free in the air fryer 🙂
It could be a snack or side dish if you prefer.
