Cheesy Bacon Ranch Bread
If you’re looking for the ultimate snack or appetizer recipe, meet Cheesy Bacon Ranch Bread!
It’s buttery, it’s cheesy, it has not one but TWO layers of ranch flavor and there’s bacon involved.
I mean, this has to be the best comfort food of all time 🙂
How to make Cheesy Bacon Ranch Bread
This dish starts with a loaf of bakery bread.
I used an Italian loaf that I got from the bakery section of my grocery store.
Cut the loaf into inch cubes and put them in a casserole dish.
Now remember I said this was buttery?
Six tablespoons of melted butter go over this bread and toss it all together evenly.
Then a packet of dry ranch seasoning, kosher salt, and pepper get sprinkled in and toss again.

Bake the seasoned, buttery bread cubes for ten minutes in a 400 degree oven.
Give them a little toss halfway through so they are evenly toasted.
Now LOTS of cheese and bacon join this party!
Add a cup and a half of cheese and 6 strips of bacon (cooked and crumbled).
Using tongs or a spoon give that a stir so it’s evenly combined.
Then another cup and a half of cheese and more bacon go over top.
Pop Cheesy Bacon Ranch Bread back into the oven for 3 to 4 minutes, just until the cheese is melted.
Drizzle ranch dressing over top and some green onions and dig in!
You can pull them apart or use a fork…oh, and good luck controlling any sort of willpower when it comes to this one!

Cheesy Bacon Ranch Bread
Cheesy Bacon Ranch Bread is a perfect snack or appetizer, it's cheesy, delicious, very easy to make and always a hit for any occasion!
Ingredients
- 1 16 oz loaf bakery bread (Italian, French, or sourdough)
- 6 Tbsps butter melted
- 1 1 oz packet dry ranch seasoning
- kosher salt, pepper
- 3 cups shredded cheddar cheese
- 12 slices bacon cooked and crumbled
- 1 8 oz bottle ranch dressing
- Optional: green onions for garnish
Instructions

Cut the loaf of bakery bread into one inch cubes and put the cubes in a 9×13 casserole dish.

Drizzle the melted butter evenly over the bread and toss gently, sprinkle the dry ranch seasoning, kosher salt, and pepper over top and toss until evenly coated.

Bake in a 400 degree oven for 10 minutes, toss halfway through cooking.

Remove the dish from the oven and add half of the cheese and bacon, toss until evenly mixed and top with the remaining cheese and bacon. Bake in the 400 degree oven for 3 to 4 more minutes or until the cheese is melted.

Drizzle the ranch dressing over top and garnish with green onions if desired.
