Extra busy weeks require a game plan when it comes to dinner time. I always plan ahead as far as what I am making (and of course share the recipes and dinner ideas with you). But this week I have a tighter plan in place, all prep ahead meals will be made on Sunday and then I don’t have to worry about preparing anything on the weekdays 🙂 It’s a Meal Prep Weekly Meal Plan!

This is a great taco salad all prepped and ready to go. The dressing is a mix of salsa and sour cream.
Such a yummy mix of flavors with an Old Bay aioli as the sauce.
These are great for busy mornings or a snack on the go. A minute or two in the microwave and they are done!
