Quick and Easy Weekly Meal Plan August 8
School starts this week around here AND football practice every night! I don’t want to be scrambling last minute for dinner, and I certainly don’t want to eat fast food every night. Therefore I am planning ahead with a Quick and Easy Weekly Meal Plan 🙂
I love planning my weekly meals ahead of time (I know, weird…right?!)! So to help out anyone else doing this busy working mom thing, I share my weekly meal plans with you to give you some fresh dinner ideas and recipes.
Check out my YouTube channel HERE and subscribe to get notified each time I post a new weekly meal plan 🙂
Three new dinner ideas to try throughout the week and something extra special for the weekend is all listed below for you with links to the actual recipes. Hope y’all enjoy!
Air Fryer Chicken Teriyaki Burgers
These burgers take a few minutes to mix and form the patties, and then the air fryer does the rest!
You could even mix up the burgers the night before and then form the patties the night you are having them.
Italian Pressed Sandwiches
These taste just like a deli sandwich, only less expensive and without the hassle of going out to get them. Only a few minutes to throw them together and a few minutes in the panini press.
Bonus for these…they can be eaten in the car if you’re running late to practice like we sometimes are.
Sweet Lemon Chicken
If you marinate the chicken the night before, this dish only takes 5 minutes to throw together. Line the pan with foil for easy cleanup too!
As it bakes in the oven you have time to relax…or more likely do whatever you need to get done 😉
Side dish suggestions: Orzo with Almonds or Air Fryer Garlic Parmesan Zucchini
Coffee Rubbed Flank Steak
Usually on the weekend I make something extra involved or something snacky. But I already know after my busy week, all I will want to do is relax.
Therefore my weekend recipe is still extra special (it’s steak, duh) but still is quick and easy.
Side dish suggestions: Garlic Herb Oven Roasted Potatoes or grill some corn that you’ve brushed with olive oil, salt, and pepper for 10 minutes.

Lots of Frozen Foods Cooked to Perfection in the Air Fryer too!
