Cobb Dip

Cobb Dip

This Cobb Dip recipe is just as easy to make as the salad, but a little more special and unique.

Who doesn’t love a good Cobb Salad?!

This is (almost) everything in a Cobb Salad, just in dip form.

Similar to a layered taco dip… but everyone brings taco dip to parties.

I say “almost” everything as in a Cobb Salad because I left out the avocado and hard boiled egg, the egg just didn’t sound good in a dip.

Plus avocados tend to get brown within a few minutes so they had to go as well.

How to Make Cobb Dip

Start with 8 oz softened cream cheese, 8 oz light sour cream, and a packet of dry ranch seasoning.

Mix these together either by hand or with a hand mixer. Layer that in a 9 x 13 casserole dish.

I’m picky about my lettuce when in a dip like this.

I feel like it needs to be shredded super small so it’s the same size as everything else that will go on top.

Layer shredded lettuce, tomatoes, and corn.

Layer of Cobb Dip

Onto the bacon and cheese layers, I used shredded cheddar jack and also blue cheese.

Not everyone likes blue cheese, and even though those people are wrong (ha-ha, kidding) you may want to only put blue cheese on half of your dip.

Totally your call.

Cobb

There you have it, an easy and scrumptious appetizer that you can make ahead, transport to a party with no issues.

And everyone will LOVE Cobb Dip …you’re welcome đŸ™‚
