Sweet and Spicy Crab Cracker Stackers

Sweet and Spicy Crab Cracker Stackers

Sweet and Spicy Crab Cracker Stackers, sounds good, right?!

You’re going to get a lot of sweet and spicy recipes from me, this is one of my favorites.

Jumbo lump crab meat in kind of a Bang Bang type sauce, drizzled with Sriracha, topped with peanuts on your favorite cracker.

Such an amazing combination of flavors, and an added bonus of an adorable name like “cracker stackers” đŸ™‚

How to Make Sweet and Spicy Crab Cracker Stackers

In the deli of my grocery store they sell 8 oz containers of fresh jumbo lump crab meat.

You could also use diced cooked shrimp if you can’t find the crab meat.

I’m pretty sure Bang Bang sauce is just equal parts sweet Thai chili sauce and mayo, so I did just that only using light mayo (a little extra cut of calories here and there can add up).

I had mini rice cakes that were sweet Thai chili flavored, made sense to me to use them.

Any cracker would be fine though.

If serving these right away go ahead and top these suckers, if transporting to a party might want to wait until topping right before serving.

No one likes a soggy cracker stacker.

A drizzle of Sriracha for some heat, chopped peanuts and green onions for added flavor and crunch and you’re all set to enjoy your Sweet and Spicy Crab Cracker Stackers.
