I have a great Thanksgiving meal plan for you this week, but it’s a little different than my normal weekly meal plans.
Basically I am only cooking one other dinner early in the week, and saving my strength for the BIG day on Thursday.
I will prep a few things Tuesday and Wednesday, just to make Thursday as stress free as possible 🙂
So really the only non-Thanksgiving item on our meal plan this week is Salsa Ranch Chicken Tacos.
They are cooked in the slow cooker with just a few simple ingredients.
And this will easily get you dinner for two nights.
I also chose it because the flavors are WAAAAAY different than Thanksgiving flavors, so there’s a little variety to your week.
So now onto the Thanksgiving recipes I am sharing with you.
You may notice that I don’t have a stuffing recipe, and that’s because my mom is basically famous in our family for her stuffing.
So she always makes the stuffing.
Maybe one day I can talk her into sharing her secrets with us! UPDATE: Recipe for The BEST Sausage Stuffing!!
Also, no regular mashed potatoes… because Bob Evan’s mashed potatoes are my favorite.
We will take a little help from the store here and buy those since we know they are yummy.
