Cool Refreshing Summer Desserts

Oh sweet summertime… when the grill is going, everyone is having fun outside, and cool refreshing summer desserts bring a welcome relief from the heat 🙂

In all honesty, as I type this, it’s freezing and gloomy outside.

So perhaps this post is my wishful thinking that I might actually need something cold and sweet to cool me off.

That warmer weather will be here soon enough, and I’ll be ready with some sweets to beat the heat!
