Easy Cherry Cola Pie

I pretty much only do simple, no bake dessert recipes… so this Easy Cherry Cola Pie was right up my alley!

The kids and grandkids were coming over for a pool day, so I took the opportunity to try out this sweet treat idea of mine.

It’s a little out of the box, like who thinks of using Cherry Coke in a pie?!

Well that would be me 😉

How to make Easy Cherry Cola Pie

First put an 8 ounce container of thawed Cool Whip in a bowl along with a package of instant vanilla pudding.

Then pour 12 ounces of Cherry Coke into the bowl.

And a few tablespoons of the juice from a jar of maraschino cherries.

Next blend this with a hand mixer for about 2 minutes.

Pour the mixture into a 9 or 10 inch graham cracker crust, I just used a store bought crust.

And swirl a little more of the cherry juice over top.

Refrigerate for several hours before serving.

And if you want it extra cold, stick it in the freezer for a bit before serving.

Easy Cherry Cola Pie

Easy Cherry Cola Pie is a no bake dessert recipe with only 6 ingredients, served cold so it's a perfect, easy summer dessert!

Ingredients

  • 1 8 ounce container Cool Whip thawed
  • 1 3.4 ounce box instant vanilla pudding mix
  • 12 ounces Cherry Coke
  • 1 6 ounce jar maraschino cherries
  • 1 9 or 10 inch graham cracker pie crust
  • whipped cream

Instructions

  1. Put the Cool Whip, vanilla pudding mix, Cherry Coke, and 3 tablespoons of the juice from the cherry jar in a large bowl. Use a hand mixer to beat this together for about 2 minutes.

  2. Pour the pie filling into the pie crust, swirl in a little more of the cherry juice over top. Cover and refrigerate for at least 5 hours.

    Note: If you want it very cold/ slightly frozen move it to the freezer about 45 minutes before serving.

  3. Decorate the top with whipped cream and some cherries right before serving.
