Easy Oreo Mint Ice Cream
Easy Oreo Mint Ice Cream is a no churn recipe with only five ingredients!
It literally takes only 5 minutes to put together and then a few hours in the freezer.
I decided on the Oreo and mint combo because I made this for my daughter, and these are her two favorites.
It is a little more rich compared to regular ice cream, so just a small scoop will do ya 🙂

How to Make Easy Oreo Mint Ice Cream
First chop about 20 Oreos and a package of Andes chocolate mints.
There were 28 mints in the package that I got.

Then put a pint of heavy cream in a bowl.
It helps if the cream is very cold.
Use a hand mixer to beat the cream on medium speed for three to four minutes.

The cream will magically transform into fluffy whipped cream.

Once the cream is whipped add in a can of sweetened condensed milk.

And of course the chopped cookies and mints.
I did save a few to sprinkle over top.

Gently fold together until everything is evenly combined.
Then transfer this to a freezer safe container.
Sprinkle any reserved cookies or mints over top, cover, and place in the freezer for at least 8 hours.

Easy Oreo Mint Ice Cream is a yummy and refreshing homemade dessert!
I highly recommend setting this out on the counter for several minutes before trying to scoop.
It gets rather hard, so a few minutes at room temperature will make scooping much easier.
