Air Fryer Garlic Parmesan Broccolini is a super simple side dish recipe!
Broccolini is similar to broccoli, but in my opinion it’s more tender and has a better flavor.
My recipe keeps the seasoning very simple for this vegetable side that goes with pretty much any dinner.
How to make Air Fryer Garlic Parmesan Broccolini
First trim the bottom inch or so off of a bunch of broccolini if needed.
Then place in a bowl or dish and drizzle with olive oil, kosher salt, pepper, garlic powder, and Italian seasoning.
Toss the broccolini until it is evenly coated.
Then place in the Air Fryer basket.
Set the Air Fryer to 400 degrees for just 4 to 5 minutes.
Next sprinkle some shaved or shredded Parmesan cheese over top.
And turn the air fryer back on for another minute to melt the parmesan.
Air Fryer Garlic Parmesan Broccolini sure is one good looking side dish if you ask me 🙂
My kids and husband devoured this broccolini, but then again I’m sure they would be happy to have anything with melted cheesy goodness.
But seriously as far as side dishes go it really does not get any easier or yummier than this.

Air Fryer Garlic Parmesan Broccolini is an easy side dish recipe, perfectly cooked broccolini thanks to the air fryer with a simple seasoning
- 1 bunch broccolini
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- kosher salt, pepper, garlic powder, Italian seasoning
- 1/4 cup shredded or shaved parmesan cheese
Trim the bottom inch or two from the bunch of broccolini if needed.
Place the broccolini on a plate or in a bowl and add the olive oil, kosher salt, pepper, garlic powder, and Italian seasoning. Toss until evenly combined and place the broccolini in the air fryer basket.
Set the air fryer to 400 degrees for 4 to 5 minutes. Sprinkle the Parmesan cheese over top and cook 1 more minute in the air fryer.
