Air Fryer BBQ Salmon and Broccoli
If you’re looking for an easy and healthy recipe for two, I’ve got you covered with Air Fryer BBQ Salmon and Broccoli!
It takes just seconds to whip up this easy marinade to flavor both the salmon and the broccoli.
And bonus points that they have the exact same cook time in the air fryer.
How to make Air Fryer Salmon and Broccoli
First mix together olive oil, Worcestershire sauce, lime juice, garlic, and your favorite barbecue seasoning in a bowl.
Also mix in some kosher salt and pepper.
Brush some of this mixture over 2 salmon fillets.
Mine had the skin on, but it easily slides off after cooking in the air fryer.
I brushed the marinade/ sauce over the fillets several times to create a nice thick flavor layer.
Toss two cups of broccoli florets with the remaining marinade/ sauce.
Then arrange everything in the air fryer so it fits in one layer.
A little extra sprinkle of barbecue seasoning, kosher salt, and pepper.
And then set the Air Fryer to 380 degrees for 8 to 10 minutes.
Air Fryer BBQ Salmon and Broccoli is one gorgeous looking dinner in my opinion!
The salmon is perfectly cooked and the broccoli has nice, charred edges for that perfect crunch!
You could serve this just the way it is or add some barbecue sauce if you’d like.
