I keep a lot of ingredients on hand, so many of my recipes have a fair amount of ingredients. But I do get a lot of requests for meals that don’t require a ton of ingredients. So how about a 4 Ingredient Weekly Meal Plan?! Sound good?
I’m not counting olive oil, kosher salt, or pepper as ingredients…but everything else is just 4 or less!

This quick and easy sauce gives the chicken a sweet and spicy flavor. The chicken can be cooked in the oven or in the air fryer.
Serve with ranch as a dipping sauce.
This chicken dinner is one of kids all time favorites. It’s a winner with me too since it takes literally minutes to prepare.
My fun weekend recipe takes a little help from the store. Using Bob Evans Mac and Cheese helps cut waaaayyy down on the ingredients. Breaded and cooked in the air fryer until crispy and golden brown!
