Firecracker Chicken Bites
Firecracker Chicken Bites is a quick and easy meal or snack recipe that takes ALL the help from the store.
We all need those kind of recipes in our rotation though, am I right?!
There are meals that I made completely from scratch and there are meals I make at least some from scratch…but this is NOT one of them! 😉
How to Make Firecracker Chicken Bites
This starts with a frozen bag of Tyson Any’tizers Popcorn Chicken.

You can bake the chicken in the oven according to the package directions, or you can air fry it.
In the air fryer it takes about 14 minutes set to 370 degrees.

It comes out very crispy and golden brown!

While the chicken cooks, make the Firecracker sauce by simply combining your favorite buffalo wing sauce with sweet Thai chili sauce.
It’s basically a half and half ratio.
For the whole bag we used 3/4 cup of each.

Toss the cooked chicken bites with the sauce and that’s it…seriously!
This must be the laziest recipe I’ve ever come up with 🙂

We like Firecracker Chicken Bites served with a side of ranch dressing for dipping.
They are the perfect combo of sweet and spicy and they never last long in our house.
That’s always a good sign, right?!
