Spinach and Artichoke Chicken
This dinner recipe for Spinach and Artichoke Chicken is soooooo easy and only has 5 ingredients!
Save this one for when you are feeling lazy but still want a great homecooked meal.
It’s low carb and Keto friendly, but you don’t have to be watching carbs to enjoy this tasty dinner.
How to make Spinach and Artichoke Chicken
Start by putting 4 thin cut chicken breasts into a 9×13 casserole dish.
And season both sides with kosher salt, pepper, and a garlic and herb seasoning blend.
I don’t count salt and pepper in the 5 ingredients, but the Kinder’s garlic and herb seasoning that I used is included.
Next up is a 16-ounce container of store-bought spinach and artichoke dip.
Or you could use some leftover spinach and artichoke dip if you’d like.
Just spread it right on the chicken.
Finally add some shredded mozzarella and parmesan cheese.
Cover this beauty with foil and bake in a 350-degree oven for 30 to 35 minutes.
And remove the foil during the last 5 minutes.
Spinach and Artichoke Chicken really is that easy, and more importantly, insanely delicious!!
I garnished mine with parsley just for a little pop of color, but totally not needed.
Ours were so tender we didn’t even need a knife to cut them.

Spinach and Artichoke Chicken is a low carb and Keto friendly dinner recipe that is super easy with only 5 ingredients!
Ingredients
- 4 thin cut chicken breasts
- kosher salt, pepper, garlic and herb seasoning blend
- 1 (16-ounce) container spinach and artichoke dip (or leftover homemade dip)
- 1 1/2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1/2 cup shredded parmesan cheese
Instructions

Put the chicken in a 9×13 casserole dish. Season both sides with kosher salt, pepper, and garlic and herb seasoning blend.

Spread the spinach and artichoke dip over top of the chicken. Sprinkle the mozzarella and parmesan cheese over top.

Cover with foil and bake in a 350-degree oven for 30 to 35 minutes. Remove the foil during the last 5 minutes.
