
Spinach and Artichoke Chicken is a low carb and Keto friendly dinner recipe that is super easy with only 5 ingredients!
Put the chicken in a 9x13 casserole dish. Season both sides with kosher salt, pepper, and garlic and herb seasoning blend.
Spread the spinach and artichoke dip over top of the chicken. Sprinkle the mozzarella and parmesan cheese over top.
Cover with foil and bake in a 350-degree oven for 30 to 35 minutes. Remove the foil during the last 5 minutes.
