Spicy Crab Roll Hash Browns
Sushi ingredients topped on a crispy hash brown patty sounded like an amazing idea, so today I share with you my easy and stunning recipe for Spicy Crab Roll Hash Browns.
I looooove making Lazy Sushi Recipes, and this one was super fun and tasty.
A cucumber is pictured as I was going to add it on top, but then decided just to let the avocado and crab shine as the stars.
How to make Spicy Crab Roll Hash Browns
First make the hash brown patties in the air fryer, or you could follow the package directions for how to make them in the oven.
I put mine in the air fryer set to 400 degrees for about 10 to 12 minutes.
Then chop up 4 ounces of imitation crab meat.
Put it in a bowl and mix in some sriracha mayo.
Remove the hash browns once they are golden and crispy.
Next add a mashed avocado onto the hash browns.
And pile on the spicy crab salad.
You have some topping options, but my favorite just might be this Ginger Soy Glaze!
Check out the Asian section of the store or order from Amazon.
I also added wasabi sauce, more sriracha mayo, and sesame seeds along with this glaze.
Spicy Crab Roll Hash Browns are almost too pretty to eat!
We used forks because they are messy, but that’s part of the fun.
I also enjoyed mine with some pickled ginger just like in the sushi restaurants.
