Spicy Crab Roll Hash Browns is a fun sushi recipe using air fryer hash brown patties in place of the rice topped with spicy crab and avocado!

Ingredients
  • 4 frozen hash brown patties
  • 4 ounces imitation crab meat chopped
  • 1 tablespoon sriracha mayo (plus more to drizzle over top)
  • 1 avocado mashed
  • Optional toppings: sesame seeds, ginger soy glaze (Asian aisle of grocery store or Amazon link in post above), wasabi sauce, pickled ginger
Instructions
  1. Put the hash browns in the air fryer set to 400 degrees for 10 to 12 minutes. Or bake according to package directions.

  2. Put crab in a bowl with sriracha mayo and mix until combined.

  3. Top each hash brown with mashed avocado and spicy crab mixture. Drizzle more sriracha mayo over top and add sesame seeds, ginger soy glaze, wasabi sauce, and/or pickled ginger if desired.
