Smoked Buffalo Shrimp
Smoked Buffalo Shrimp is a pretty simple and healthy recipe, but the flavor is out of this world amazing!
I was smoking chicken wings for our dinner and last minute decided to throw these shrimp on the smoker…so glad I did!
So I guess you could say these were our side dish…sounds weird but it worked 😉
These would be a great snack or appetizer, or even great served on a salad.
Here is how to make Smoked Buffalo Shrimp
I tossed a pound of shrimp with some buffalo wing sauce and Old Bay seasoning.
Frank’s wing sauce is what I used, but any buffalo wing sauce will do 🙂
Then I put the shrimp on the smoker that was set to 225 degrees.
We have a Traeger pellet grill, so it’s pretty easy to regulate the temperature.
I love my Traeger so much, I simply set the temp and it gives everything such an great smoky flavor.
The shrimp take about 30 to 40 minutes total.
I brushed them with a little more of the buffalo sauce halfway through and also flipped them.
Serve the Smoked Buffalo Shrimp with any leftover buffalo sauce and also some ranch or blue cheese dressing for dipping.
These are a great snack or appetizer!
They would be so good served on a salad or with some pasta too.
We had some leftover and they were the perfect toppings for my meal prep salads for my lunches at school.
