Smoked Korean Chicken Wings

Smoked Korean Chicken Wings

Smoked Korean Chicken Wings will just have to speak for themselves I suppose.

I’m not usually speechless when it comes to recipes…but this one has got me at a loss for words!

As I devoured these I just kept saying MMMMMM MMMMM MMMMM!

Here is how to make Smoked Korean Chicken Wings

The sauce is just a few ingredients, and these are ingredients I use quite often so I actually had them already.

Soy sauce, Gochujang Korean chili paste (which you can find in the Asian section of the grocery store), honey, garlic paste, and ginger paste.

Grilled Korean Flank Steak

Whisk it all together and that’s it!

korean sauce

A few spoonfuls of this sauce will marinate the chicken wings.

The rest will be brushed over top and served with the finished wings.

So to smoke these wings simply place on a smoker set to 250 degrees for two and a half hours.

wings on the smoker

Flip the wings halfway through and brush them with some of the sauce during the last half hour.

Also, if you prefer, you can bake these in the oven.

Place the wings on a wire baking rack over a baking sheet.

They will bake in a 400 degree oven for 45 minutes.
