Air Fryer Cajun Chicken Bites
These Air Fryer Cajun Chicken Bites are a super simple air fryer recipe.
This could certainly be served as dinner, maybe with a dipping sauce, and a few side dishes.
Or you could make these and use them to top a salad or use them in chicken wraps.
A very quick and easy way to prepare chicken with just a few ingredients.
How to Make Air Fryer Cajun Chicken Bites
This starts with a pound of chicken breasts cut into bite size pieces.
And the other ingredients are just olive oil, garlic paste, and cajun seasoning.
Add a tablespoon olive oil, a tablespoon garlic paste (or minced garlic), and a tablespoon and a half cajun seasoning.
I like the garlic paste because it evenly coats the chicken, and you can find it in the produce section with the fresh herbs in most stores.
Lime juice would be a great addition here as well.
Just stir it all together in a bowl and that’s really it.
Place the chicken in a single layer in your air fryer basket.
I have a 5.8 quart air fryer it this pound of chicken bites fit perfectly.
Set the air fryer to 400 degrees for 5 to 7 minutes.
Since the chicken is cut into small bites, cooking is very quick on this.
Time will depend on the size of your chicken, so I recommend using an instant read thermometer to make sure they are above 165 degrees.
Air Fryer Cajun Chicken Bites may be simple, but they sure smell and taste delicious!
I snacked on a few of these, but most of them were to make Air Fryer Chicken Cordon Bleu Wraps.
And the few that were left I used on my salad the next day for lunch.
