Three weeknight meals and fun, snacky weekend recipe is my idea of a perfectly do-able meal plan. The other nights are reserved for leftovers, sandwich night, and ya gotta leave a night open for take out 🙂

Air Fryer Garlic Parmesan Pork Chops
A quick breading of these chops and the air fryer does the rest of the work. A yummy dipping sauce makes these even better!

Buffalo Chicken Sloppy Joes
A fun spin on sloppy joes made with buffalo wing sauce! This one is quick, easy, AND all made in one pan 🙂

Bang Bang Shrimp Pasta
Bang bang sauce served with pasta and shrimp…sign me up! This one looks fancy but I assure you it’s ready in less than 30 minutes.

Wonton Cheese Bites
The fun weekend recipe is kind of like a cross between cheese sticks and crab rangoons (only without the crab). They are a great game day snack that everyone loves!
