Pineapple Sriracha Salmon
A one pan salmon dinner recipe with only 5 ingredients… it’s not too good to be true, it’s Pineapple Sriracha Salmon!
So, it’s 5 ingredients if you don’t count kosher salt and pepper (but who counts those?!).
A little sweet, a little spicy, and a whooooole lot of yumminess!!
How to Make Pineapple Sriracha Salmon
Start by placing a 2 1/2-pound side of salmon on a lined baking sheet.
I realized after opening mine that this was actually 2 smaller sides of salmon.
Then season with your seasoning blend of choice, I went with this Blackstone Pineapple Sriracha seasoning.

Or get yourself a cute helper, like my grandson, to help with this job 🙂
He loves helping GiGi in the kitchen.

Then place this into a 375-degree oven for 10 minutes.

While the salmon bakes in the oven, go ahead and make the pineapple sriracha BBQ sauce.

Put 1/3 cup BBQ sauce, 4 ounces crushed pineapple, and 2 tablespoons sriracha into a saucepan.

Bring to a boil, stirring a few times, and reduce the heat to medium low.
And let it bubble on the stove for just about 3 minutes.

Brush the salmon with most of the sauce.

Then place back into the oven for another 6 to 10 minutes.
Cook time will depend on the thickness of your salmon.
Since mine were two thinner sides of salmon it took more like 6 minutes.

Pineapple Sriracha Salmon was a hit at dinner, and super simple for me to make 🙂
I served with a Caesar salad on the side for a simple, pretty healthy meal.
