One Pan BBQ Salmon and Potatoes
This incredible, healthy dinner recipe is ridiculously simple, but extra delicious! One Pan BBQ Salmon and Potatoes brings the best of every world.
I will consider this a 3-ingredient recipe because it’s just salmon, BBQ seasoning. and potatoes… plus olive oil, kosher salt, and pepper which I call “free ingredients”.
Some of the fam dipped in BBQ sauce but that’s optional.
I got this gorgeous 2-pound side of salmon from Costco and I am already planning to go back to buy more.

How to make One Pan BBQ Salmon and Potatoes
My adorable granddaughter was my helper, and she did a great job as always.
We started cutting 1 1/2 pounds redskin potatoes into bite size pieces.
She even has her own toddler kitchen set with a cutting board and knife.

We put the potatoes into a bowl, added olive oil, kosher salt, pepper, and plenty of BBQ seasoning.
You could skip the bowl and put the potatoes right on the baking sheet to season if preferred.

But she did enjoy transferring them from the bowl to the lined baking sheet.

The potatoes have a longer cook time than the salmon, so bake them first in a 375-degree oven for 25 minutes.

Then scoot the potatoes to the outer edges of the baking sheet.
And place the side of salmon in the center.
Drizzle the salmon with olive oil and season with kosher salt pepper, and more BBQ seasoning.
Finally, place back into the 375-degree oven for 20 minutes.

One Pan BBQ Salmon and Potatoes really is that simple 🙂

A complete meal all on one baking sheet that the whole family loved… I may have to pinch myself with this one 😉
