Brie Cranberry Roll Ups
Looking for a fun and festive holiday appetizer recipe that’s pretty simple?! Look no further than these Brie Cranberry Roll Ups đŸ™‚
Anything wrapped in crescent dough is usually pretty simple, and comes with a comforting familiarity.
The red and green colors from the cranberry and thyme scream “holiday” in my opinion.
Plus you can’t go wrong with anything that has ooey gooey melty brie cheese.
How to make Brie Cranberry Roll Ups
First unroll a tube of crescent dough and separate the triangles.
Then cut 8 slices from a Honeycrisp apple (I snacked on the leftovers).
And slice 8 pieces of brie cheese, which was about half the wheel.
Then add an apple slice and a slice of brie cheese to the center of each piece of dough.
Then a spoonful of cranberry sauce and a sprinkle of fresh thyme.
I used whole berry cranberry sauce, but any kind you like will work.
Then roll them up and place on a lined baking sheet.
I sprinkled more fresh thyme over top as well.
Bake them in a 375 degree oven for 14 to 16 minutes.
Just enough time for them to become golden brown!
The apples get slightly soft and the cheese should be perfectly melted.
Serve Brie Cranberry Roll Ups while still warm from the oven đŸ™‚
They are SOOO pretty and taste just as good as they look.
