Salmon with Feta Dill Sauce
This salmon with feta dill sauce may seem like a fancy schmancy recipe, but it actually could not be more simple!
The salmon is simply seasoned and can be cooked either in the air fryer or the oven.
And the sauce has only a few simple ingredients and comes together within minutes.
This is also a keto friendly/ low carb meal, but can be enjoyed by all!

How to make salmon with feta dill sauce
First we need to season and cook the salmon filets.
I have four salmon filets which I seasoned simply with lemon juice and old Bay seasoning.
Then either into the air fryer basket or on a baking sheet and into the oven.
They will cook at 400 degrees for 8 to 10 minutes whichever cooking appliance you are using.

Next up is making the decadent cream sauce in a skillet over high heat.
Add some butter, heavy cream, Dijon mustard, and a little more old Bay seasoning.
Once this starts boiling turn the heat to medium low and simmer for about 3 minutes stirring a few times.

Then stir in 4 ounces of crumbled feta cheese and about 3 tablespoons of chopped, fresh dill.
Let the sauce simmer another two to three minutes and it will thicken nicely.

Timing should be perfect to having your salmon finished at the same time as the sauce.

Serve salmon with feta dill sauce with some extra fresh dill for garnish!

I am rarely speechless when it comes to food, but this one really had me at a loss for words with how extraordinary and delicious it is.

I could eat this sauce on just about anything and it is truly worthy of a little plate licking.
