Healthy-ish Weekly Meal Plan August 23
This week we have a Healthy-ish Weekly Meal Plan filled with dinner recipes that are a little healthy, but also a little splurge-y.
I am an “everything in moderation” girl when it comes to food.
No way could I stick to a strict clean eating diet, and props to those who can!
I like cheese and bacon just a little too much to completely give them up.
Here’s this week’s Healthy-ish Weekly Meal Plan, just click the links to get to the full recipe.
Chorizo Fried Cauliflower Rice
This is a fabulous one pan meal, so that means easy clean up AND a delicious dinner.
Using the cauliflower rice is the healthy part of this dish, therefore I can justify the chorizo 😉
Go a little light on the cheese and use reduced fat sour cream or even plain Greek yogurt for the topping.
Air Fryer Goat Cheese Balsamic Turkey Burgers
Using ground turkey instead of ground beef cuts some calories and fat for this burger. A little goat cheese makes this burger super flavorful and creamy.
Cutting calories with the bun as well by using the toasted Naan bread.
Chicken Bacon Ranch Lettuce Wraps
If I am going to have a lettuce wrap with grilled chicken, I won’t feel one bit bad adding just a little cheese, bacon, and ranch.
Adding avocado is an extra punch of nutrition so that helps it all balance out in my opinion.
Air Fryer Turkey and Bacon Egg Rolls
My fun weekend snacky recipe is air fryer egg rolls!
My husband and I go to a restaurant that has a deep fried turkey, bacon, and cheese egg roll.
But hey, if I air fry these it makes them healthy-ish, right?!
