Chicken Bacon Ranch Lettuce Wraps
These Chicken Bacon Ranch Lettuce Wraps are light, refreshing, and completely delicious recipe!
Believe me, I was not quick to want to jump on this low carb bandwagon at all, but these are Keto friendly and oh so yummy.
How to make Chicken Bacon Ranch Lettuce Wraps
These wraps start with 3 cups of cooked, diced chicken.
I grilled mine, but you could easily use a store bought rotisserie chicken or Simple Shredded Chicken for Meal Prep.

Once the chicken is diced just toss it with some ranch dressing.

While my chicken cooled from the grill I made the bacon using an easy trick.
Cut the bacon into bite size pieces directly into a skillet over medium heat.
Bibb lettuce or Boston lettuce works best in my opinion for lettuce wraps.
Start with the chicken first in the lettuce wraps.

Then top with cheese, bacon, and avocado.
Drizzle a little more ranch over top if you prefer and enjoy!

Chicken Bacon Ranch Lettuce Wraps are even good the next day for lunch.
