Grilled Honey Sriracha Chicken
I’m a sucker for the charred, caramelized bits that happen when you grill something with sugar. So I went with a Grilled Honey Sriracha Chicken recipe 🙂
I made some Honey Sriracha Chicken Wings a few weeks ago for that dear, sweet husband of mine.
The sauce was so good I knew I had to make something else with it.
How to make Grilled Honey Sriracha Chicken
Boneless, skinless chicken thighs is what I used.
But you could certainly use chicken breasts.
The sauce is super simple. Just honey, Sriracha, and some soy sauce.
Whisk it together and it’s done.
We will use it for brushing over the chicken on the grill and as a dipping sauce.
To get the chicken ready for the grill coat with olive oil, kosher salt, pepper, and crushed red pepper flakes.
Then on to a grill over medium high heat for a few minutes per side.
Then comes the BEST part…the sticky honey Sriracha sauce brushed over top.
Those charred parts is exactly what I was going for here.
If you prefer without the charred bits, grill over medium heat and just add a few extra minutes.
.
Serve this sweet, sticky, and spicy Grilled Honey Sriracha Chicken yumminess with more of the sauce on the side for dipping or just drizzle over top.
Winner winner chicken dinner right here 😉
