Honey Sriracha Chicken Wings
It hit me that a recipe for Honey Sriracha Chicken Wings would be pretty darn amazing, and I included oven, Traeger pellet grill, and Blackstone griddle cooking directions.
The way to my heart is anything that has a sweet and spicy flavor combo.
I fell in love with Honey Sriracha Salmon a few weeks ago and I HAD to try it on wings.
How to make Honey Sriracha Chicken Wings
Bonus is that I got to use my Garlic Sriracha seasoning that I picked up not too long ago!
If you don’t have this seasoning or something similar, substitute with 1 tablespoon garlic powder and 1 teaspoon ground red pepper.

I tossed the chicken wings in some olive oil, the Garlic Sriracha seasoning, kosher salt, and pepper.

Then place them on a wire baking rack over a lined baking sheet.
Place the chicken wings in a 425 degree oven for 40 minutes, flip them halfway through cooking.
I included directions in the recipe card for cooking the wings on your Blackstone griddle and pellet grill too!

The sauce is mostly honey, with a few tablespoons of Sriracha and soy sauce.
Whisk it together and that’s it 🙂

Brush the sauce over top and cook 5-8 more minutes.
Flip and brush again for another 5-8 minutes.

Brush the Honey Sriracha Chicken Wings again right before serving and enjoy!

- 2-4 tablespoons Sriracha (more or less according to spice preference)
- 1 tablespoon soy sauce
Instructions
-
Pat the wings dry with paper towels, place them in a large bowl. Add the olive oil, Garlic Sriracha seasoning, kosher salt, and pepper. Toss until evenly coated.

Line a baking sheet with foil or parchment paper. Place a wire baking rack over the baking sheet. Lay the wings in a single layer on the baking rack.

Oven: Bake the wings in a 425 degree oven for 20 minutes, flip them and cook 20 more minutes. Brush the wings with the Honey Sriracha sauce, cook 5-8 minutes. Flip and brush them again, cook 5-8 more minutes.
Pellet Grill/Smoker: Put wings on grill grate on smoker set to 250 degrees for 2 and a half hours, flipping halfway through. Brush wings with the Honey Sriracha sauce during the last 20 minutes.
