
Sweet and spicy chicken grilled to perfection or cook on your Blackstone griddle!
In a bowl combine honey, Sriracha, and soy sauce. Whisk together until evenly mixed. Set aside.
Put the chicken in a gallon size plastic bag, add the olive oil, kosher salt, pepper, and crushed red pepper flakes. Massage the bag until evenly mixed.
Preheat the grill or Blackstone griddle over medium heat. Place the chicken on the grill or griddle (with a little oil on the griddle first) for 3 minutes, flip and brush with honey Sriracha mixture.
Flip again after 3 minutes and brush that side with the honey Sriracha mixture. Flip and brush again after 2 more minutes, and once more flip and brush after 2 minutes.
Serve with the remaining honey Sriracha sauce on the side for dipping.
