Bloody Mary Shrimp Cocktail Charcuterie Board has all the yumminess of Bloody Mary garnishes all on a charcuterie board for awesome snacking!

So think of any crazy garnishes you like, add your own twists and spins to your board, and customize it to your liking.

I made a spicy version of cocktail sauce with a little vodka included to really keep with the Bloody Mary theme.

This would be a great, easy dinner or a party appetizer with an amazing WOW factor.

How to make Bloody Mary Shrimp Cocktail Charcuterie Board

First we will make 2 pounds of shrimp for the shrimp cocktail.

I love roasting my shrimp in the oven rather than boiling, it gives an extra level of flavor in my opinion.

Put 2 pounds of jumbo shrimp on a baking sheet (mine were easy peel shrimp with the shell on).

Drizzle olive oil over top, and season with kosher salt, pepper, and Old Bay seasoning.

seasoning the shrimp with Old Bay

Toss the shrimp until coated and sprinkle just a little more Old Bay over top.

Then into a 425 degree oven for 5 to 7 minutes.

Let the shrimp cool, then refrigerate until ready to serve.

I left the shells on because the shrimp have SOOOO much more flavor, guests can peel and eat as they enjoy the charcuterie board.

As the shrimp are chilling, make the Bloody Mary-like cocktail sauce.

Combine in a bowl a cup of ketchup, kosher salt, pepper, lemon juice, hot sauce, vodka, Worcestershire sauce, grated or finely minced garlic, and Old Bay.

Heck, a little celery salt would be an amazing addition as well.

Oh, and a good amount of prepared horseradish.

Start with some of the ingredients mixed in with the ketchup, and add more lemon juice, horseradish, kosher salt, pepper, etc. to make it perfectly perfect for your taste.

adding horseradish to the sauce

Just mix together and chill until ready to serve.

Then you can start assembling the charcuterie board.

I added some olives, celery sticks, pickle spears, and some little toothpicks with meat and cheese folded together.

And the most popular item, besides that shrimp, was Candied Bacon! YUM!

I also have recipes for Traeger Bourbon Bacon and Maple Bourbon Candied Bacon… even Twisted Air Fryer Candied Bacon!
